Shipping Policy

At TRU & Beyond, we’re committed to ensuring that your order reaches you in perfect condition and as quickly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process:

UAE Shipping

• Free Next Day Delivery on all orders above AED 500.

• For orders below AED 500, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM UAE time are eligible for Next Day Delivery (excluding Fridays and public holidays).

• Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be dispatched the following working day.

International Shipping

• We offer Standard Tracked Shipping worldwide via Aramex.

• International orders are dispatched the next business day after placing your order.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

• Please note that customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient and vary depending on the destination country.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• All orders are processed during working hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

• Some countries may have restrictions or delays due to local customs regulations or global events. We will notify you if there is an issue shipping to your location.

Delivery Issues

• If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of customs fees, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees or the cost of return.

• Please ensure your shipping information is accurate to avoid delays.
