Our team will assess the issue and, if eligible, arrange for a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
TRU & Beyond reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the conditions stated above.
