Return & Refund Policy

At TRU & Beyond, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the rare case where a product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives in damaged condition:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Email us at katy@truandbeyond.me with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Our team will assess the issue and, if eligible, arrange for a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.

Conditions for Eligibility

• Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• TRU & Beyond reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the conditions stated above.
