10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Gulf Standard Time)
We are closed on weekends and UAE public holidays.

All inquiries and orders received outside working hours will be addressed the next business day.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue items at any time without notice.

4. Orders & Payments

• All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

• Prices and payment methods are listed clearly at checkout.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, particularly in the case of payment issues or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping

• We offer Next Day Delivery within the UAE for orders placed before 3:00 PM.

• International shipping is available through Aramex, with fees calculated at checkout.

• Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

• We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless an item is damaged or defective upon delivery.
