Yes, we offer free Next Day Delivery across the UAE on orders above AED 500.

How long does shipping take in the UAE?

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (UAE time) are delivered the next day, excluding Fridays and public holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide through Aramex tracked delivery. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

No, all sales are final. We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at katy@truandbeyond.me or via whatsapp or call us directly and share with us your order number and clear photos of the damaged product.

How long do I have to report a damaged product?

You must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a replacement.
